Learn About The Wilbury!

How did The Wilbury come about?

With the development of Gaines Street there has been a lot of uncertainty on whether the local, artistic vibe of Gaines would remain in tact while the road continues to copy and paste the same building over and over again. We grew up on Gaines Street and it’s always been a place to catch live music and meet up with friends. When we heard rumor that St. Mike’s was for sale we jumped on the opportunity to buy the building. We planted our flag to make sure that during the neighborhood’s development the community that built it wouldn’t be left behind. The Wilbury is meant to embody the spirit of Gaines in everything from the menu to the decor and entertainment.
What do you want visitors and locals to know about The Wilbury that they may not already know?

What will bring people to The Wilbury?
The same thing as every great local spot– the food, drinks and the people. The live music and mini-bowling might help a little, too.
