Reflections From A CCP Driver : Pierce LaPrey

Reminiscing about my first job in Tallahassee I wouldn’t have it any other way. It doesn’t get more Tallahassee then waiting to pick people up on Gaines street while the noles stage a fourth quarter come back inside doak. The roar of people inside the stadium led to the roar of personalities that would hop in after the game. Being exposed to the sights, sounds and even smells of Tallahassee all while benefitting my healthy tendencies, was quite the job. Peddling a large bike with two people on the back is definitely as hard as it sounds, but the pleasant people and exposure to the way of life in Tallahassee was worth it. Looking back at my time as a pedicab driver I’m happy this was one of the first experiences Tallahassee had to offer.
